Kai With Yoga
Katrina , based in Hong Kong, her yoga journey started in 2008. Quickly, she fell in love with it as Yoga effectively improved her state of mind and physical health. Wishing to deepen her knowledge and skills, so she enrolled a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training programme which was completed in June, 2019. In order to train up a better and stronger body and health, she also participates in pole dancing and aerial yoga training. Through those activities she gains enjoyment and physical strength. In practicing yoga, she obtained balance and harmony in her body, sole and mind, creating a kind of peacefulness inside and, as well as her perseverance. The progress led her to devote all her leisure to the training. Yoga is not only about physical training, it's about the calmness and peacefulness of mind. Therefore, she would like to share her yoga experience with her students and grow together.
